From the welcoming smiles as we checked in to the extra-helpful young bellman who assisted with our luggage as we left, this was a wonderful five night experience. We were there for a wedding reception on the third night, and the setting was glorious: a huge white tent, draped all over inside with white fabric between and around large windows overlooking a picturesque, fountain-centered lake and walking paths. Two bars, inside and outside with wait staff passing hors d’oeuvres and champagne glasses. Meanwhile, our mattress afforded comfortable sleep, the closet could accommodate extra clothes, and there were sufficient towels and extra pandemic-related cleansers. The most upscale in-house restaurant was still closed, but there were tasty alternatives in the more casual dining spaces. The staff was helpful and provided might be lacking in the room.

Such a good spot if you want to be close to O’Hare but don’t want to deal with all the crazy there’s a huge long hiking trail in between buildings that’s very safe and fun if you want to be able to walk around in peace by nature, but also be right by your hotel and then drive a non-interstate road to O’Hare. This is the place for you plus the hotel awesome and has a great view

Justin

The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely helpful and cordial. We arrived on a flight from out of town well before the usual check in time but were given our room just the same. This allowed us some time to decompress after our flight before we had to get ready for the special event we came to attend

Tracy

Did not stay for breakfast, but heard family members say how GREAT it was. My room was terrific and loved the robe provided. Bed was comfortable as were the PILLOWS.

Mary

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Beautiful hotel, super convenient to my office, and staff was helpful and kind.
